Awesome CoMo Living is a local real estate office in Columbia, MO, powered by eXp Realty, one of the largest real estate brokerages in the U.S. Their team of agents guide clients through the process of buying and selling residential properties. Awesome CoMo Living is known as the “company with a heart” as they are passionate about giving back to the Columbia community. Specifically, they serve meals to the working poor and homeless. Further, they provide compassion and care in helping senior “Moms & Dads” downsize and transition to a new phase of their lives.
Eldercare – For eight years Britt was heavily involved in eldercare, taking care of his mom. This included providing hospice care in his home for Frieda in 2024. She passed away last year at 90. A day doesn’t go by that he doesn’t think of her.
Britt’s Passion – is to help “Mom & Dads.” To provide a gentle, kind, and patient approach to helping parents downsize from their home into a new place. Many times, this will involve moving the parent(s) to a new city to be closer to their kids. He has expert knowledge on this from his own life experiences with his Mom & Dad, and he himself moving to Columbia to be closer to his daughter. He is a steady, calming influence for the family members and their parents.
Giving Back – To give back to his community Britt founded a non-profit organization that feeds the working poor and homeless here in Columbia. Always wanting to grow, he went back to college and obtained his Master’s in Ministry and became a volunteer Chaplain that aids the charity he founded.
Family – Britt is a Dad to two Mizzou grads, Grandpa to seven grandchildren, and season ticket holder to Mizzou football. He enjoys taking the grandkids in his golf cart around the Old Hawthorne neighborhood. A voracious reader, Christian, giver, and always willing to help others.
Accolades – He has had a varied and impressive sales and management career spanning four decades. Starting in sales right out of college, he became the #1 sales associate in his region at a Fortune 500 company. He later received sales awards at several companies including President’s Club at a Fortune 200 company. As he progressed to management, he became a Branch Sales Manager and led his team to a #2 ranking in the U.S. with the Fortune 500 company.

Meet Britt Park
Britt Park is a resident of Old Hawthorne in Columbia, Missouri. Britt and his mother, Frieda, worked together for many years. Frieda founded a small real estate properties business focused on rental houses back in 1992. Together, they have bought and sold 57 houses including “fix and flips, a multi-family duplex, and many single-family homes. Britt has been involved in real estate for over thirty years.
